Acupuncture has been used for centuries as a healing modality.  It has been adopted from Eastern Cultures to us in the West.  Energy and science are used in Acupuncture to develop treatment plans assisting in creating homeostasis in the body.

The goal is painless insertion and removal of the needles.  Electric stimulation can be used to increase acupuncture effects.

Cupping can be used with or without heat.  I prefer to use plastic and silicon cups to pull toxins and move stagnant connective tissue and lymph throughout the body.  Cupping can also be used to help with fatigue, migraines, circulation, increase relaxation and loosen muscles.  Many athletes use cupping during recovery to speed-up healing and maintain healthy bodies.  Cupping is painless, you many however be left with circles from the cups for 1-2 weeks.
